    Brief & feasibility

    Process flows, floor loads, power, clear heights and growth plans — turned into a buildable spec and an honest budget range.

    Land & design

    We source and secure the parcel, then architects and engineers design to your spec — with zoning and authority requirements baked in from day one.

  3. 3

    Build & certify

    Approvals, construction, TNB application and inspections run in parallel where possible — tracked against a published programme you can hold us to.

  4. 4

    Handover & after

    CCC obtained, defects liability in force, utilities live. We stay on for licensing and the first year of ownership questions.
